Chichester

The historic city of Chichester is very compact with the main centre being within the walls (which you can still walk around and is an interesting way of seeing the city).
In addition to our showroom, there are plenty of other attractions within the walls, including Pallant House Gallery, and we are lucky that our new showrooms are directly opposite. Pallant House Gallery, is a unique combination of a Grade One Listed Queen Anne townhouse and an award winning contemporary extension, holding one of the most significant collections of Modern British art in the country.
They feature a regularly changing internationally important exhibition programme and the current exhibition is Frida Kahlo & Diego Rivera: From the Gelman Collection, and this runs until 2nd October.
This is then replaced Edward Burra, which is the first major exhibition for 25 years of this artists work, and this exhibition runs from October until February 2012.

Our new showrooms are also opposite the critically-acclaimed Field & Fork restaurant which is linked to the Pallant House Gallery and offers modern English cuisine including morning coffee, lunches, afternoon tea from Tuesday - Sunday and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
We thoroughly recommend a visit having tried the restaurant ourselves on many occasions.
A visit to the Norman Cathedral is also a must together with the Bishop Palace Gardens just behind, whilst the Market Cross is visable from all the four main roads in Chichester, North, South, East and West Streets.
If you like shopping then prepared to be spoilt, as not only do we have a marvellous selection of national shops, but many independently run shops which will not be found elsewhere. Also, there are many markets held, including a regular Farmers market, a weekly general market, flower market, Christmas market and many more. We will be putting a list of attractions and dates held on the web site shortly.
Staying into the evening is well worth while if you include a visit to the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre which hosts a selection of excellent shows and plays throughout the year.
Just outside the city is home to Goodwood House which holds three prestigious events through the year, the Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood horse racing and the Goodwood Revival car meeting.
Chichester is also well catered for regarding eating establishments, so if you are planning a visit to the showrooms, please allow yourself extra time to take advantage of the many wonderful places to see and relax with a good lunch.
We look forward to seeing you.
