A most attractive late 19th century ivory model of a three storey house with a conservatory, containing various flowers, to the side, surrounded by a fence with a gate to the front.
During cleaning the base had a coat of black paint applied to it and on removal a portion of a 19th century horse racing board game was revealed, which had been used as the base board of the model. The holes for balls to sit in contained small fragments of a German newspaper,
